For over 15 years, I’ve been amplifying and platforming some of the most creative and impactful storytellers of our time. Most recently as Vice President of Multicultural Marketing at HBO, I managed an annual budget of $30 million-plus while spearheading award-winning campaigns for Insecure, Watchmen, Game of Thrones, Los Espookys, and many others. I’ve launched a podcast, developed branded mobile apps, thrown block parties, produced music festivals, executed custom targeted ad buys, commissioned art that now hangs in the Smithsonian and for several years I showed up at Sundance and showed out.

As the current climate pushes back on advocating for diversity, I’m leaning in. I truly believe there is no substitute for community and authentic, lived experience.
